The Sears apparel business shifted their business strategy, aiming for a more elevated approach to their merchandise and marketing. I worked very closely with the Sears apparel team to align the email channel with this new strategic initiative. As creative director, I lead a team of email designers to output a set of template wireframes, a redesigned header and footer treatment, as well as fresh email creatives each week. Our creative resulted in not only accolades from the apparel business but also increased engagement rates and conversions.
