As creative director of the Sears email team, I spearheaded a new visual direction for Craftsman emails with a focus on bold layouts, striking photography, and emotional appeal. I art directed a senior designer, collaborating one-on-one to overhaul the entire look of our email program with a very tight turnaround. With the new creative approach, we have seen an overall increase in engagement and have received accolades from the Craftsman business team. Craftsman was also included as a featured campaign representing the best of agile email marketing in Movable Ink's summer 2014 "The INKcredible Five" issue.
